- 1 Casserole dish (9x13 inches)

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 medium bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions
