  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Butter divided
  • 1.5 pounds Chicken breast diced into 1 inch pieces
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • Fresh parsley chopped

  • Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add diced chicken, salt, and pepper. Cook 6–8 minutes until chicken is browned and cooked through.
  • Add remaining butter, garlic, honey, and vinegar. Stir to coat chicken.
  • Lower heat to medium and simmer 3–4 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
  • Remove from heat and allow chicken to rest for a few minutes.
  • Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and serve.

Notes

Double the sauce for more drizzle if serving over rice. Leftovers taste great the next day and freeze well!
