Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes You can substitute the sirloin steak with any other cut of steak you prefer.
  • 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt Adjust the seasoning based on your taste preference.
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper Adjust the seasoning based on your taste preference.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Add the cubed steak bites to the bowl and toss to coat them in the garlic butter mixture. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Once preheated, place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, shake the basket and add the garlic butter steak bites on top of the potatoes.
  • Continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
  • Carefully remove from the air fryer and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

You can marinate the steak with the garlic butter mixture for a few hours or overnight for extra flavor.
