Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to create a marinade.
  • Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the marinade.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the shrimp and gently mix until the shrimp are coated in cheese.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  • Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd; if necessary, cook in batches.
  • Cook the shrimp for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking for even browning, until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
  • Remove from the air fryer and transfer the shrimp to a serving platter. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
  • For extra flavor, you can add red pepper flakes to the marinade for a spicy kick.
