Equipment

  • 1 large mixing bowl
  • 1 measuring cups and spoons
  • 1 baking sheet or loaf pan
  • 1 aluminum foil
  • 1 meat thermometer

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
  • ½ pound ground pork
  • 1 cup cooked and chopped bacon (about 6-8 strips)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup yellow mustard
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). If using a baking sheet, line it with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
