- 2 cups sliced mushrooms About 150g.
- 1 unit red bell pepper Sliced.
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic Minced.
- 1 tablespoon ginger Minced.
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce Optional.
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil

- 1 teaspoon cornstarch Mixed with 2 tablespoons water for thickening (optional).
Begin by washing the broccoli florets and slicing the mushrooms and red bell pepper.
