Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces penne pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
  • ½ cup buffalo wing sauce Adjust based on spice level preference.
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Add more for a thicker sauce.
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.
  • Stir in the heavy cream and buffalo wing sauce into the skillet. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, stirring frequently.
  • Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the cooked chicken to the sauce, coating the chicken thoroughly with the buffalo Alfredo sauce.
  • Combine the drained penne pasta with the buffalo chicken sauce, mixing until the pasta is evenly coated.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.

Notes

Adjust the amount of buffalo wing sauce based on your preferred spice level.
For a thicker sauce, you can add more Parmesan cheese.
This dish pairs well with a side salad or garlic bread.
