Equipment

  • 1 skillet
  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 spoon or spatula
  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 aluminum foil or parchment paper

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded About 400g.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese About 100g.
  • ¼ cup cream cheese, softened About 60g.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper To taste.
  • 4 large tortillas About 10 inches.
  • 1 cup fresh spinach About 30g.
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes About 150g.
  • ½ cup sliced bell peppers About 75g.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For cooking.

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken mixture to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is heated through and the cheeses have melted.
  • While the chicken is cooking, prepare the tortillas. Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  • Distribute the cooked chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas. Top each with fresh spinach, diced tomatoes, and sliced bell peppers.
  • Carefully wrap each tortilla, folding in the sides and rolling it tightly from the bottom to the top. If desired, wrap each in aluminum foil or parchment paper to hold the shape.
  • Optional: Place the wraps back in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they're golden and crispy, adding extra flavor.
  • Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

Feel free to customize the vegetables based on your preferences.
Serve with a side of ranch or Caesar dressing for dipping.
For a spicier version, consider adding sliced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce.
