Ingredients
  

  • 30 oz frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the hashbrowns, sliced kielbasa, shredded cheese, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, diced onion, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and place it in the preheated oven.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
