- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded You can use rotisserie chicken for a quicker option.
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked pasta Elbow macaroni or rotini.
- ½ cup frozen peas Optional.
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
- ½ cup breadcrumbs Optional for topping.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Add the cooked pasta and frozen peas to the mixture. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the casserole.
If desired, sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the cheese for added crunch.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
