Ingredients
  

  • 6 hot dogs hot dogs You can substitute with turkey or plant-based hot dogs for a healthier option.
  • 1 can (15 oz) chili Bean or no bean, your choice.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the hot dogs over medium heat until heated through, about 5 minutes. Slice them into thin rounds after cooking.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced hot dogs, chili, milk, paprika, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
  • In the prepared baking dish, spread half of the crushed tortilla chips evenly on the bottom.
  • Pour the hot dog and chili mixture over the tortilla chips, spreading it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top of the chili mixture.
  • Top with the remaining crushed tortilla chips for added crunch.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and melted, and the edges are slightly golden.
  • Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Feel free to customize the casserole by adding jalapenos or diced onions for extra flavor.
You can substitute the hot dogs with turkey or plant-based hot dogs for a healthier option.
Serve with sour cream or diced green onions on the side for added flavor.
