Ingredients
  

  • 1 box brownie mix 18.3 oz box.
  • ½ cup unsalted butter Melted.
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chocolate chips Optional.
  • ½ cup nuts Chopped, optional.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended and a thick batter forms.
  • If desired, fold in chocolate chips and chopped nuts for added texture and flavor.
  • Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop tablespoons of the cookie batter onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are set but the centers are slightly soft. Be careful not to overbake.
  • Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack to cool completely.
  • For a more fudgy texture, underbake the cookies slightly.
  • Store leftover cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
