Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) green beans, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
  • Add the diced onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
  • Stir in the corn, green beans, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  • Spread the beef and vegetable mixture evenly in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Top the mixture with an even layer of frozen tater tots.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the tater tots.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Feel free to substitute the ground beef with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
You can add additional vegetables such as bell peppers or mushrooms to enhance the flavor.
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated in the microwave.
