- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) green beans, drained
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
Add the diced onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
Stir in the corn, green beans, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Spread the beef and vegetable mixture evenly in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Top the mixture with an even layer of frozen tater tots.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the tater tots.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Feel free to substitute the ground beef with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version. You can add additional vegetables such as bell peppers or mushrooms to enhance the flavor. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated in the microwave.
