Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cranberry juice unsweetened
  • 1 cup orange juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon honey or to taste (optional)
  • 1 cup club soda or sparkling water
  • as needed cups ice cubes
  • as needed slices orange slices for garnish (optional)
  • as needed sprigs mint sprigs for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a pitcher, combine the cranberry juice and orange juice. Stir well to combine.
  • Add the fresh mint leaves to the mixture, gently muddling them with a spoon to release their flavor.
  • Taste the mixture; if you want it sweeter, stir in honey to your desired taste.
  • Just before serving, add the club soda or sparkling water to the juice mixture and stir gently to combine.
  • Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the cranberry juice mocktail over the ice.
  • Garnish with orange slices and additional mint sprigs if desired.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a colder drink, chill the juices beforehand or add more ice cubes.
This mocktail can easily be made in larger batches; just multiply the ingredient quantities accordingly.
Feel free to experiment by adding other fruit juices, such as pineapple or apple juice, for a unique flavor profile.
