  • 1 package (8 ounces) wide egg noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast chopped
  • 8 ounces cooked ham cubed
  • 8 ounces Swiss cheese cubed
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) reduced-fat, reduced-sodium cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup 2% milk
  • ½ cup light sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • Mix cooked chicken, ham, cheese, soup, milk, and sour cream in a large bowl.
  • Stir in noodles and mix until well combined.
  • Grease 9x13 baking dish and add mixture. Spread evenly.
  • Melt butter in a skillet, add bread crumbs, and toast until golden.
  • Sprinkle toasted crumbs and Parmesan on casserole. Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

Leftovers reheat perfectly. Add splash of milk for reheating to keep creamy consistency.
