- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
- ½ cup onion, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg optional

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease the pie dish with cooking spray or a little oil to prevent sticking.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
Add in the chopped spinach, shredded cheese, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and nutmeg (if using). Mix until everything is evenly combined.
