Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • ½ cup onion, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg optional
  • to taste cooking spray or oil for greasing the dish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease the pie dish with cooking spray or a little oil to prevent sticking.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  • Add in the chopped spinach, shredded cheese, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and nutmeg (if using). Mix until everything is evenly combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
  • Allow it to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!

Notes

This quiche can be served warm or at room temperature.
Feel free to customize with other ingredients such as bell peppers, mushrooms, or different types of cheese.
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated in the microwave or oven.
