Equipment

  • 1 Crock Pot
  • 1 measuring cups and spoons
  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 basting brush
  • 1 cutting board

Ingredients

  • 6-8 lbs fully cooked ham
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup honey
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until you have a smooth mixture.
  • Place the fully cooked ham in the Crock Pot, fat side up.
  • Pour half of the glaze over the ham, using a basting brush to spread it evenly.
  • Cover the Crock Pot and cook on low for 6 hours, basting the ham with the remaining glaze about halfway through the cooking time.
  • Once cooked, carefully remove the ham from the Crock Pot and let it rest for about 15 minutes before carving.
  • Slice the ham and serve with the delicious glaze drizzled on top.
  • For a more caramelized finish, place the sliced ham under the broiler for a few minutes after cooking.

Notes

For a more caramelized finish, you can place the sliced ham under the broiler for a few minutes after it has been cooked in the Crock Pot.
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or frozen for later use.
Pair this ham with sides like mashed potatoes, green beans, or a fresh salad for a complete Easter meal.
