Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and separate it into 12 individual biscuits.
Flatten each biscuit slightly with your fingers and place about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center.
Fold the edges of the biscuit over the cheese, pinching to seal, and roll it into a ball.
Place the cheese bombs seam side down on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them out evenly.
Brush the garlic butter mixture over the tops of the cheese bombs.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
