Ingredients
  

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (16.3 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 spray cooking spray optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  • Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and separate it into 12 individual biscuits.
  • Flatten each biscuit slightly with your fingers and place about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center.
  • Fold the edges of the biscuit over the cheese, pinching to seal, and roll it into a ball.
  • Place the cheese bombs seam side down on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them out evenly.
  • Brush the garlic butter mixture over the tops of the cheese bombs.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm for the best experience!

Notes

Feel free to use other types of cheese such as cheddar or pepper jack for a different flavor.
These garlic cheese bombs are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
