Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for about 5 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
While the steak is resting, warm the garlic butter mixture slightly in a microwave or on low heat until it becomes more pourable.
Slice the steak against the grain and drizzle the garlic butter mixture over the top before serving.
