1 cutting board
1 large skillet
1 measuring spoons
1 cooking spoon
1 serving dish
1 tongs
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice optional
Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and transfer them to a bowl. Season the chicken pieces with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well until coated.
In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Once melted and bubbling, add the minced garlic and cook for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
Add the seasoned chicken pieces to the skillet, ensuring they are well coated in the garlic butter. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).
If using, drizzle lemon juice over the chicken before the end of cooking, and toss to combine.
Once the chicken is cooked, remove from heat and transfer the bites to a serving dish.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley for added flavor and presentation.
Serve immediately while hot.
You can add your favorite vegetables to the skillet, like broccoli or snap peas, to create a complete meal. Serve with rice, pasta, or a green salad for a well-rounded dinner. Leftover chicken can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated as needed.
