Equipment

  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 large skillet
  • 1 measuring spoons
  • 1 cooking spoon
  • 1 serving dish
  • 1 tongs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice optional

Instructions

  • Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and transfer them to a bowl. Season the chicken pieces with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well until coated.
  • In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Once melted and bubbling, add the minced garlic and cook for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  • Add the seasoned chicken pieces to the skillet, ensuring they are well coated in the garlic butter. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).
  • If using, drizzle lemon juice over the chicken before the end of cooking, and toss to combine.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, remove from heat and transfer the bites to a serving dish.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley for added flavor and presentation.
  • Serve immediately while hot.

Notes

You can add your favorite vegetables to the skillet, like broccoli or snap peas, to create a complete meal.
Serve with rice, pasta, or a green salad for a well-rounded dinner.
Leftover chicken can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated as needed.
