Ingredients
  

  • 4 fillets salmon 6 oz each
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • as needed lemon slices for garnish
  • as needed fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean-up if desired.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the unsalted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until well combined.
  • Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Use a brush or spoon to generously coat each fillet with the garlic butter mixture.
  • Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  • Once cooked, remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
  • Serve the salmon garnished with lemon slices and additional parsley, along with your favorite sides.

Notes

For added flavor, you can include herbs like thyme or dill in the butter mixture.
