Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well to form a garlic butter mixture.
  • Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl with the garlic butter, tossing to coat all the shrimp evenly.
  • In another bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs until well combined.
  • Transfer the coated shrimp to a baking dish, spreading them out in a single layer.
  • Sprinkle the breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture evenly over the shrimp.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the topping is golden.
  • Once done, remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

Ensure the shrimp are not overcooked to maintain their tenderness.
You can substitute the large shrimp with medium shrimp or even scallops if desired.
This dish pairs well with a fresh salad or over pasta for a complete meal.
