Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts About 1.5 lbs or 680g.
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup melted butter ½ stick.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste none salt
  • to taste none pepper
  • for garnish none fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
  • In a separate bowl, pour the melted butter.
  • Dip each chicken breast into the melted butter, allowing any excess to drip off, then coat the chicken in the Parmesan and breadcrumb mixture, pressing it on to ensure it's well covered.
  • Place the coated chicken breasts in a baking dish, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
  • Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
  • For extra flavor, consider adding a squeeze of lemon juice over the finished chicken.
