Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rotini pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded You can use leftover rotisserie chicken for a quicker option.
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For greasing the baking dish.
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley For garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the chicken and cheese mixture, and mix until the pasta is evenly coated.
  • Lightly grease the baking dish with olive oil. Pour the pasta and chicken mixture into the dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

You can use leftover rotisserie chicken for a quicker option.
Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or broccoli to increase the nutritional value.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
