Prepare your ingredients by mincing the garlic and ginger, and chopping the broccoli into small florets if not already done.

Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the broccoli florets to the skillet, stirring to combine. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is bright green and tender-crisp.
In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water until well combined. Pour this sauce over the meat and broccoli mixture in the skillet.
Stir well to coat everything in the sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles if desired.
