- 1 pound baby carrots
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley Optional, for garnish.
Rinse the baby carrots under cold water to remove any dirt.
In a medium saucepan, bring about 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the baby carrots and cook for 5 minutes until they are just fork-tender.
Drain the carrots and return them to the saucepan.
