Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup honey For a sweeter dip, you can increase the amount of honey.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer or whisk until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, honey, crushed red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs before serving alongside crackers or vegetable sticks.

Notes

For a sweeter dip, you can increase the amount of honey.
The dip can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator. Just bake it before serving.
