Crack the eggs into a medium mixing bowl and beat them thoroughly until smooth, no lumps.
Add the superfine sugar bit by bit while you whisk until the mix looks light and frothy.
Slowly stir in the brandy and spiced rum, mixing thoroughly.
Pour in the whole milk and heavy cream while whisking until smooth and homogenous.
Transfer the mixture into a pitcher or glasses for serving.
Grate fresh nutmeg on top of each serving.
Serve chilled or over ice if preferred.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Stir before serving again. Don’t freeze as the texture may break.
