  • 4 fillets salmon About 6 ounces each.
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic Minced.
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice Freshly squeezed.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the melted unsalted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper. Whisk well to create a smooth sauce.
  • Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down.
  • Pour the lemon butter garlic sauce evenly over the salmon fillets, ensuring each piece is well coated.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Notes

For extra flavor, consider marinating the salmon in the sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
