- 4 cups water
- 4 bags green tea
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 large lemon (juice and slices for garnish)
- ¼ cup honey Adjust to taste.

In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
Once boiling, remove the saucepan from heat and add the grated ginger and green tea bags. Let steep for 5 minutes.
After steeping, remove the tea bags and strain the ginger particles using the fine mesh strainer.
While the tea is still warm, stir in the honey until fully dissolved.
Squeeze the juice of the lemon into the tea mixture and add more honey if you prefer a sweeter drink. Mix well.
Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until cold.
Serve in glasses filled with ice cubes and garnish each glass with lemon slices.
