  • 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts cut into bite sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 3 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 2 teaspoon Sugar-Free Honey

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 7 to 10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt the butter until silky.
  • Add minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Cook 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Stir in the sugar-free honey.
  • Return chicken to skillet and toss to coat in garlic butter sauce.
  • Cook another 2 to 3 minutes until heated through.
  • Serve hot, garnish if desired with parsley or pepper.

Notes

Use thighs instead of breasts if preferred. Store leftovers in fridge for 3 days or freeze. Reheat gently with splash of water to retain flavor.
