Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 7 to 10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt the butter until silky.
Add minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Cook 1 to 2 minutes.
Stir in the sugar-free honey.
Return chicken to skillet and toss to coat in garlic butter sauce.
Cook another 2 to 3 minutes until heated through.
Serve hot, garnish if desired with parsley or pepper.
Notes
Use thighs instead of breasts if preferred. Store leftovers in fridge for 3 days or freeze. Reheat gently with splash of water to retain flavor.
