Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts 6 oz each
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until smooth.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring each breast is well-coated. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight for more flavor).
  • After marinating, remove the chicken from the fridge and place it in the preheated oven. Bake for about 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) when checked with a meat thermometer.
  • Once cooked, take the chicken out of the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes covered with aluminum foil to keep it warm and juicy.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

You can serve this chicken with a side of steamed vegetables or over a bed of rice or quinoa for a complete meal.
This recipe can be easily doubled for larger gatherings and works excellently as leftovers.
