Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 large egg

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, and Italian herbs. Mix until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a greased loaf pan or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider sautéing the minced garlic in a bit of olive oil before adding it to the meat mixture.
