Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup peanut butter or any nut butter
  • cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup Monster Energy drink your choice of flavor
  • ½ cup chocolate chips optional
  • ½ cup shredded coconut optional
  • ¼ cup chia seeds optional
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Line the baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and salt. Mix well.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the peanut butter and honey (or maple syrup). Stir until melted and smooth.
  • Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the Monster Energy drink until well combined.
  • Pour the peanut butter mixture into the bowl with the oats. Mix thoroughly until all oats are coated.
  • If using, fold in the chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and chia seeds until evenly distributed.
  • Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Press down firmly and evenly to ensure it holds its shape.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the bites to set.
  • Once set, lift the mixture out of the baking dish using the parchment paper. Cut into 12 squares or bites.

Notes

Feel free to customize these bites by adding nuts, seeds, or dried fruits as desired.
Store the Monster Energy Bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
