Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips Optional.

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
  • In another bowl, mix together the creamy peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
  • If desired, fold in any optional ingredients like chopped nuts or chocolate chips.
  • Use a spoon to drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten them slightly with the back of the spoon.
  • Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to allow the cookies to set.
  • Once set, enjoy your no-bake cookies straight from the fridge or at room temperature.

Notes

Store leftover cookies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Feel free to customize by adding other mix-ins, such as dried fruit or seeds.
