Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup peanut butter smooth or crunchy
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and honey. Stir until well mixed and smooth.
  • Add the rolled oats, powdered sugar, salt, and vanilla extract to the peanut butter mixture. Mix everything together until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Line the baking pan with parchment paper if desired, then press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the pan. Use a spatula or your hands to pack it down firmly.
  • Place the pan in the refrigerator and allow the bars to set for at least 1 hour.
  • Once set, remove the bars from the pan (if using parchment paper) and cut into 12 equal pieces.
  • Enjoy your Peanut Butter Bars, and store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

Feel free to customize your bars by adding nuts, seeds, or dried fruits according to your preference.
You can substitute maple syrup for honey if you want a vegan option.
