Pour the pineapple barbecue mixture over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated.

After 20 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C).
Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve.
