Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Lightly roll out puff pastry on a floured surface, then cut into 4 equal rectangles.
Spread Dijon mustard on each rectangle.
Place one slice of ham and one slice of Swiss cheese on half of each rectangle.
Fold over the other half of the pastry and seal edges with a fork.
Brush tops with beaten egg for golden color.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for 2 months. Reheat in the oven to keep them crispy.
