Spread a thin layer of almond butter mixture onto each apple slice.
Sprinkle shredded coconut flakes evenly onto each slice.
Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring between each.
Drizzle melted chocolate over slices using a spoon or fork.
Place slices on parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 10–15 minutes until chocolate is set.
Notes
Use creamy almond butter for easier spreading. Pre-sliced apples make prep faster. For perfect chocolate, avoid overheating it!
