- 1 pound ground sausage Mild or spicy, based on preference.
- 8 ounces cream cheese Softened.
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper

In a large skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes. Use a spatula to crumble the sausage as it cooks.
