Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Stir in the taco seasoning with ¼ cup of water and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until combined. Remove from heat.
On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to fit the baking sheet. Press the dough evenly onto the baking sheet, covering the entire bottom.
Spread the salsa evenly over the pizza dough.
Evenly distribute the cooked ground beef mixture over the salsa.
Top with shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, and black olives.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Once out of the oven, sprinkle the diced green onions on top and let it cool for a few minutes.
Cut into squares or slices and serve with sour cream and fresh cilantro, if desired.
