Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 ounce)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 8 slices cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large sandwich buns

Instructions
 

  • Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ranch seasoning mix and chicken broth. Pour this mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until the chicken is fully cooked and shreds easily.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, use tongs to remove it from the slow cooker and place it on a cutting board. Shred the chicken using two forks.
  • Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and mix it with the ranch sauce. Stir in the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  • Serve the chicken mixture on sandwich buns, and top with optional ingredients like lettuce, tomato, and pickles, if desired.
  • For extra flavor, you can add a tablespoon of hot sauce or barbecue sauce to the chicken mixture.
  • If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
