Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup beef broth
  • to taste fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the beef cubes with salt, black pepper, thyme, and rosemary. Toss until the beef is well coated with the seasonings.
  • Place the halved baby potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Add the seasoned beef cubes on top of the potatoes.
  • In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Once melted, stir in the minced garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth. Cook for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef and potatoes in the slow cooker, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
  • Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours, or until the beef is tender and the potatoes are cooked through.
  • Once cooked, stir gently to combine the ingredients and serve hot. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding vegetables like carrots or onions along with the potatoes.
Adjust cooking time if using larger or smaller cuts of beef.
