Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
Place the ham on a roasting rack in a large roasting pan, cut side down.
In a small bowl, combine the honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, ground cloves, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well to form a glaze.
Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern, making shallow cuts about 1 inch apart.
Brush the glaze generously over the entire surface of the ham, ensuring it gets into the scored cuts.
Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil and place it in the oven.
Bake for 2 hours, basting with the glaze every 30 minutes. Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes of cooking to allow the glaze to caramelize.
Check the internal temperature of the ham with a meat thermometer; it should read 140°F (60°C) when fully heated.
Once done, remove the ham from the oven and let it rest for about 15 minutes before carving.
Serve the glazed ham with your favorite sides for a festive meal.
