Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 15 oz refried beans
  • 10 oz diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
  • 4 oz sliced jalapeños, drained or 1 fresh jalapeño, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  • Add the refried beans, drained diced tomatoes, jalapeños, cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese to the bowl. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  • Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving with tortilla chips.
  • For extra spice, consider adding a few dashes of hot sauce to the mixture before baking.
  • This dip can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator. Just bake it when you're ready to serve.
